Photomorph implies morphing a person or being. Photo_manipulation implies just photo editing in general, and may involve other forms of edit such as adding a face in the sky.

That would make photomorph a subset of photo_manipulation. Although, the later is used 90% of the time with the meaning of the former and there's also the photoshop tag.

Photomorph and photo manipulation both implies a RL photo though. Photoshop and edit does not.
In my opinion, in most cases photoshop should be phrased out for edit/image_edit (in general meaning an edit of a drawing as opposed to a photo) ], photomorph, and/or photo_manipulation, since photoshop is very vague and confusing. The only instances which photoshop should be used is if photoshop itself is implied to be used.
