Does anyone know who to commission that does good quality for cheap? I'm looking for someone mostly who has a balance between quality and price unlike most I see who are good but mad expensive.

While I don't spend a lot of time there, I think I've noticed that a lot of people on FA do 'cheap' commissions. While many of these people are getting started and learning, some of them can be pretty awesome, and by commissioning them, you're encouraging an artist to grow and become better. :) plus, some of them really undersell their value. :)
