Hey all,

Just letting you know that some bugfixes have been applied to the e621 website; most notably, Hexerade is now one of the options in the front page mascot picker, and the alias page is actually readable!

In addition, all registered users can now vote on images again.

Regarding downtime; something began freaking the fuck out around 5pm PST and started consuming all available disk IO until about 3am (see attached graph), at which point the database process fell over (killed due to running out of memory).

I'm going to be keeping an eye on things over the next 24hrs to make sure it all goes smoothly.

Thank Aurali for the 'registered users can vote' fix - through her tireless ruby-on-rails bugfixes we're slowly getting there. :D

Not that I'm complaining, but it would also be nice if a normal user favoriting a post raised the post's score.

I also noticed, pertaining to the mascot changer, Hexerade isn't on the home page. Does anyone else notice this because it could just be my device?
