Topic: Using "feral" tag on zangoose and pokemon

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

Feral creatures are generally four-footed and have paws. I've seen a significant number of zangoose pictures recently where zangoose stands on his hind feet and has hands, and they are consistently tagged as "feral"... Now, I've fixed over 50 of these tags, and there are many more to go. I was wondering, is there some sort of mass-edit function for the tags, where a mod could select which pictures are feral and which ones aren't, and fix the tags in a quick, efficient manner? There's only three pages of "feral" zangoose pictures left.

Please forgive me if this request seems unreasonable, I'm mostly just hoping there's an easier way to fix all those tags instead of me having to do them each manually.

There is a mas edit function but it doesn't do specifics for only a selected amount of images. You can however click on the 'view posts' button on the left side of the screen and select 'edit posts' and copy/paste each tag manually. That's about the easiest way I could find.

Hey, thanks, I didn't know about this feature... that's really convenient! I'll have the tags fixed much more quickly now. :D

Note: I also went through a couple of pages of the same guy's uploaded pictures and replaced all the "tagme" tags with more appropriate ones, like "male" or "female" etc, etc. That was really easy and it only took me about 5-10 minutes.

pokemon should only be counted as "feral" if presented in the form you would see one in the series. if it's anthro-pokemon though then no feral tag. but that's just my oppinion.

I would go as of how the image depicts the character.

If the character is drawn in anthro form the tag "feral" has no place unless there is more than one character and at least one was feral. In that case the image would be tagged with both "anthro" and "feral".
If the character is drawn in feral form, then of course it would be tagged with "feral".
