don't think so. Body_horror--a tag I could have done without looking through--seems to be reserved for the more fantastical horrors: post #9232 post #88762 post #9504 etc. castration is a lot more "real" then, say, discovering your penis has turned into an elephant's trunk, or that you're merging with a rubber raft.

Agreed. I think it's slightly subjective and possibly unnecessary tag, but we have it. But no, don't imply them.
