Er, not necessarily penetrating with rimming there, mate. Could just be, y'know, licking around it. That said, I had actually made my original response as a partial joke response- usually in a 69, you'll get at least one of them dealing with genetalia- or at least can't see what one is focussing on so have to make an educated guess based on head placement.

Double anal now implies anal_penetration, as "This tag refers to a character who is being anally penetrated by two penises."
