So, I want to get rid of the use of this tag entirely, using it without defining what exactly is the hyper body aspect (like hyper_penis, hyper_breasts, hyper_balls etc.) makes it too ambiguous.
This would include removing the hyper tag implications. You could still search for all hyper things by searching hyper_* btw.

Well, we could make up a disambiguation page. Like, "don't use this tag, use one of these instead."
Hyper wouldn't be aliased to anything.

No. I just tested, and you can't blacklist with wildcards (blacklisting hyper_* and then searching for hyper_breasts let all the images turn up). Hyper needs to stay for ease of blacklisting.

Well, in any case, the tag does need a cleanup.

Hyper is supposed to be used with all the hyper_breast, hyper_penis, hyper_balls etc. type tags, as far as I know. if it isn't, it's being misused.
