I'd agree. I hadn't been adding it as I go through, because I wasn't sure and just hadn't gotten around to bringing it up yet.

Strangely enough neither of the first two example pictures had the solo tag before I just changed them. Clearly they weren't the primary catalysts for this question. Regardless, the clarification is good to know.

I'd argue that a picture is "solo" in this case only if it has no background and the characters are obviously not interacting. So OP's first picture is good, but, say, 50 <character> in a swimming pool is not solo. Also, in the case of his second picture, it is essentially two "solo" pictures merged into one. So, regardless of the backgrounds, it is also solo.
