be more descriptive please so we know why it was deleted.
"No" just doesn't cut it as a reason. Can this be fixed at all.

No

Out of context, it looks like a scan of a black page. Needless to say, the stars are extremely easy to miss.
So my guess is "No" was because ippiki thought it was just a black image, which is obviously not appropriate to post.

it's a blank page.

It's a black page with white dots on it. Not exactly appropriate for a furry art site, even if it is part of a comic.

There are plenty of uploads "not exactly appropriate for a furry art site" on e621.

Doesn't mean that a blank page with white dots should stay.

the picture was black with some white spots looking like stars and the number 054. i know when i upload it it had the chance of being deleted, but i upload it because i wanted to avoid the "THERE IS A PAGE MISSING!!!!! >:(" thing

Ah, so it's part of a comic. Still, it doesn't sound like it's vital to the story. If it were setting the scene for a following page then it would matter, but as it is it's nothing that would be missed.

are there any rules is there any rules for/against for posting something unrelated to the site if it's part of a bigger whole?

If it's one or a few pages relevant to the storyline, sure.

see that helps when I went to view the page in the pool it said it was deleted and the reason was no I didn't even know what the image looked like. But still there are plenty of other comics on this site who have all the pages included in their pool, even some that are useless. Also the artist of the comic created that page for a very specific reason whether it is important to the story or not it's still there for a reason. Like I said though when giving a reason for deleting please be specific so those of us who can't even see the image know why you did it. I really don't care about it now that I know what the image was, seeing as it was a bit of a useless page. :D

I think Patty-Cakes S and slyroon has a good point there, if it's part of a comic it should not be deleted for the same reason you don't go around ripping out random pages in library books, because the next person to come along miss's out on crucial parts of the plot. This is annoying to say the least not to mention the frustration of the artist of having His/Her art deleted. And any way what is bad about the deleted art. There are many modern art galleries that show art works similar art work to this.

Sorry, but we're not going to keep a blank image with a couple of white dots on it on the site for the sake of completeness.

Hmm?, Yes I see what you mean. I can see your point. I not saying I approve but I do see why it was deleted.
