We're going to need a lot more details than "it's a picture with two scalies".

Sounds like one of jasonafex's animations. But since you said, "long picture" it's probably a comic, but any comic can be like that, unfortunately

It's a very long picture without dialogs but like a comic,
I think the name of the specie of these 2 gay scalies are Argonian (I'm not sure).
They not really fight but do a training and make love and kiss in the end.
There is no color, it's like a sketched comic but without dialogs.

This comic have no color, have two gay scalies, and barely have any dialogue but they are not fighting.
Sometimes memory cannot be always accurate unless if it is improved.

I done the best thing I can do while skimming throughout e621.
