There's no RukiFox in the DNP page,so I was wondering if anything was done about it

If they want it, they should go through the process for getting on the DNP list. So until she does that, they are likely not doing much

As CamKitty said, there are proper and official channels for getting images removed. The artist should have followed those. Otherwise I could create an account with any artist's name and go around commenting "Grr, take these down!" The takedown request form is there to insure that only the legal copyright holder can get art removed, as opposed to any old person who is on a personal crusade against a particular fetish.
