Topic: Flash issue

Posted under General

So, since 12/16 I've been having an issue with viewing flash submissions. Every time i click one, a small blue bar with the text "Missing Plug-In" appears where the flash should be. Now, i'm pretty sure this is an issue with my PC, so what should I do to fix it? Alternately, this may not be an issue for just me, and if so, please reply in response.

Same deal here. Oh well. From what I understand Aurali hates Chrome so we're pretty much screwed.

Thirded.

...unless schaghticokekid means Chrome OS...

In which case I have NFI.

So, schaghticokekid, Windows or Linux? (or Chrome OS? or Mac OS? or worse?)

You forgot Plan 9 from Bell Labs. Because everything should be a node on the filesystem! Even the filesystem!

I've been having the same problems. Popped up a few days ago with schaghticokekid. I can't view flash-posts in chrome but firefox/explorer is just fine. I've checked and my flash-player is up to date. How'd you fix it? (if you've fixed it at all)

[edit] -> I can use flash on other websites, but not here for some odd reason, so it's not flash that's screwed up

I have looked into this. This seems to be a bug with the latest version of google chrome.

Okay, I have a temporary fix it works perfectly for me. (just need to click 'allow' on every flash which is a bit annoying but it does fix it up.

Download and install this extension onto your chrome browser until the Chrome Developers fix the problem

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mfidmkgnfgnkihnjeklbekckimkipmoe?hl=es

Edit: You might want to go to chrome://settings/extensions -> FlashControl Options -> Whitelist, And add websites that you frequently visit. DON'T Add e621.net onto the whitelist as it defeats the purpose of this trick
