Alright, so here's the sitch.
For quite a while now I've been hooked on this one picture-a herm Pikachu by the name of Sammy penned by the artist Schmucky. I know there's more on this character and artist somewhere, as I known I've seen a picture of her chilling in a bar with friends some years ago. Alas, that has been lost, and I now reach out to the dirty but deep hands of the community in locating this artist and more specifically, this character.

Yup. Also gone to Veyll's, the artist who penned the picture,
and done a (wait for it) GOOGLE IMAGE SEARCH.
