I only see it applied to two posts, and both actually mention autism.

This tag is subjective, and also highly offensive as it's currently being used to poke fun at artists and art quality.

that is highly offensive, especially to one of my "condition" (if it can be called that)

Thank you for noticing and aliasing to invalid_tag.

We didn't.

All the posts currently tagged with "autism" do have autism mentioned in them. This tag isn't being used in offensive or slanderous ways at all.

so...is this or is this not an issue? there are only 4 posts with autism mentioned, for one. Out of those four, I'd say one is a tad offensive (the comic with pokemon and sex) and I can't see why it hasn't been deleted especially considering it has a -20

i also don't see it being used to describe "artistic quality." all posts mentioned do have autism in the posts themselves, as dialogue at the very least

No, it's not an issue. The tag is fine, since it's being used appropriately. And since when have we deleted images because of score?

Updated by anonymous

If there's any issue at all, it's with the images, not the use of the tag.

What Tony said. Sorry if the image is offensive. Downvote it and move on. As long as the tag is there only when autism is actively being mentioned, it seems like it's ok. If it is placed on any other image, it's breaking the "tag what you see" rule, because one cannot see autism.

No no NO. People abusing the voting system for this is why the voting system is useless. Granted admittedly there isn't an official proper usage for it, but I would like to imagine it's used to vote on image quality, and not just because you like/hate kinks, which can easily be blacklisted anyway.

That's not vote abuse. People can vote on things however they want, as long as they aren't doing it on multiple accounts.

Personally, I've always seen the voting as a virtual sugar pill. It does nothing, but people feel better for having the option to downvote anything they don't like.

Score can be used as a search term, so it does serve at least some function.

order:score
order:-score

Well quite frankly it's rather ignorant for someone to post such a "retarded" picture (for a lack of better words). I was just implying that because many people hate it.

I'd hate to meet the person who created that in public; I'd have to punch him in the face. What an asshole.

Please don't use autism as an excuse for your internet tough guy syndrome; it really makes the rest of us look bad. If you don't like it, blacklist it.

That I have autism it would naturally piss me off to see one using it in this way. It's not an excuse. I may not punch him, but I sure would give him hell if I saw him.

...didn't know you could blacklist one picture.

There's no direct way to do it, but you can always blacklist a combination of tags that is unique to the picture.

Or just blacklist "autism" entirely.

Admittedly those with autism may probably find it harder to see humour, but most images associating autism with stupid or crap is precisely meant as that.

Interesting you say that for my experience we autistics have different pain perceptions this includes the 5 sences also and emotions, we also tend to be literal.

Pardon me, but can you explain please?

There will always be "assholes", the bright side at least we are no longer being whipped to death and burned at the stake(Back in the olden days we were seen as being possessed by demons). Here are some famous people with or said to have autism (Bill Gates, Thomas Jefferson, Albert Einstein)
