Usually seen in Asian artist tags i.e. using the kana (かな)/ kanji(漢字) instead of romaji

What's the protocol concerning them?Do they remain in the tags,or are moved to the Other Names section?

The romanji versions are preferred. The kanji or kana versions can be moved to the other names section if you choose. I was going through and aliasing them to romanji for awhile, but my kanji is quite rusty.
