That site appears to be the portal for a small conglomeration of artists who collaborate on a series of for-pay furry comics. They also have a free gallery that they add to on a monthly basis. "June" is not a person, it is a month, and post #145458 is the monthly image for June 2011.

I don't know if that image can be attributed to any one artist, it's probably best to attribute it to their group name: fclg.
