Reason: Both the creation of the account on e621 and FurAffinity

I'm sure there's a perfectly valid reason for aliasing something to itself.

Assuming it -allows- it, loop of infinity.

What would happen if you aliased apple to orange then orange to apple? Or red to green to blue to red?

The site won't let you create an alias between 2 tags that already have an alias between them.

Aliasing red to green and blue to red would work fine; blue would simply act as if it's aliased to green. We try to avoid chaining aliases like that though.

Edit: Sorry, I was mistaken here. Chaining aliases is not possible, but for some reason I was thinking it was, just that we avoided doing so. Tags can be involved in only one alias each.

Actually, I was mistaken about the chaining, sorry. You CAN'T chain aliases. I'm not sure why I had it in my head that you could, I just remember that we didn't want to chain aliases. But yeah, no alias-chaining, sorry for the confusion.

Banexx is now a character
