Those are accessories, so I would say yes.

My rule of thumb for determining nudeness is this: if the hip and chest areas are both uncovered, it's probably nude. There's exceptions though. For example, if they're completely covered except for the hips and chest, then it's not nude. But I don't consider stuff like gloves, hats, boots, cloth wrapped around the stomach, and the like clothing.
