I was actually going to state this as a reason for a new alias suggestion, but naturally it didn't work out because the tags are already in the list:

okay, current alias entries replace "big_cock" with "big _penis" and "big_dick" with "huge_penis" which doesn't make a lot of sense. I'd say let's screw further distinctions and unify those two tags.

I know but the problem is that the alias for big_dick is huge_penis although it should have been big_penis
