hugging_tail -> tail_hug
I just like the sound of tail_hug better, though there are slightly more images tagged hugging_tail.
Also, whichever way it goes, hug should be implied

I would think "tail hug" is a tail wrapped around someone to hug them, while "hugging tail" is arms wrapped around a tail.

you're thinking of tail_wrap, which currently has two meanings.
