Most HTML text formatting and some wiki-style tags work in the forum and PMs. So just slap two pair of square brackets around any word you want to make into a link to the wiki article of the same name (spaces auto-translate to underscores). Links have no visual distinction on E621, though, so additional marking might be a cool idea.
