EDIT: I've been had! I was planning on making a bunch of aliases relating to this, seeing how there seems to be Index/Railgun pictures that are untagged here and there. Nevermind, I suppose?

Not really, if I'm seeing correctly, it's the name of a specific anime. Toaru_kagaku_no_railgun is the name in japanese, while A_certain_scientific_railgun is the english, and, I'd bet there are other nicknames etc. This would help unify all of the loose, floating and "orphaned" imagery for the series... which seems like a good idea?

I know I occasionally will find a show/series with 'messy' tags and will take a few hours to clean it up, unify, etc.
