There's a handful of dragon characters ive seen anthro and otherwise that have them, i personally find them cute so searching for it, that tag makes it easier. Besides, i dono what else to call them... cept whiskers...but then you get a crap laod of cat's and stuff XD

wouldn't that be a Spikestache? lol
I guess that could be tagged dragonstache as well, though as you can see the original was for the tendrils that sometimes end in a feathery like projection, which is...sorta hard to find on the site, even if you look for them by combo'ing tags.
