It was the image of Fisk talking to his shrink about his mental problems, at the end he gives a really fucked up insane looking face, with the speech bubble edited to show " I FUCKED MY SISTER!!", and the next panel has the psychiatrist spitting out her coffee with an equally fucked up face. Yes, I find the thought of having any type of sexual yearning for one of my family to be very disturbing. Also, Wikipedia.

From a biological standpoint the rate increase of possible defects does increase, yes, due to pairing of recessive genes; because you can get fatal recessives, if such a pairing occurs then, well, there's no children. However, most people don't carry fatal recessives, nor even serious recessives. The deleterious effects of rare incest in a single generation are quite overblown, due to its status as a societal taboo.

Of course if there is inbreeding every few generations those negative traits will be reinforced over and over again, over time- Leading to a "first generation inbred" who suffers from a large assortment of issues because he or she isn't truly a first generational inbred after all.

Please, do look into the subject more than -just- reading Wikipedia. While the scientific points tend to be normally correct, anything to do with opinions or society tends to be flawed to society's standards.
