Topic: Small suggestion

Posted under General

As the takedown request list is getting rather large and only set to get larger I was wondering if we could have a search bar at the top of the page so we can search for particular artists.

Or if not can we have them all on a single page so that ctrl+f would become easier.

This is more of a time saver suggestion rather than an annoyance as ctrl+f ing each page serves just as well, it's just not very quick.

No the http://e621.net/take_down page, I thought that has the same rules as the avoid posting list, as in you see the name you don't post anything from that artist.

Take down is not the same as avoid posting.

Oh sorry, then what's the difference? In terms of what I can post?

Avoid Posting is for artists who don't want their work on here for whatever reason.

Takedown Requests are for when an artist and/or commissioner don't want a certain piece(s) of art on here.

Just to be extra clear, if you post art that is not on the Avoid Posting list, and later, an artist files a Takedown Request to remove that art, there is no penalty to you.

All the takedown list is intended to be is a public log of all takedown requests that the site has received. So, for example, if you post an image and later realized that it was deleted, you could check the takedown request page to see if the artist has submitted any takedown requests recently. You can also click on each takedown request to see WHY they requested to have the submission(s) removed.

Again, the takedown request list is a public log, nothing more.
