Is there a difference between fat_labia (42 posts) and plump_labia (978 posts)?

The latter tags seems to be used mostly for characters with a large outer labia & small inner labia, while the posts under fat_labia seem to be varied

Addendum:
If they both are currently being used for the same purpose, should they be aliased, or used to differentiate between the different possibilities?
