I think we should keep "ass_to_mouth" since on could say that nipping/biting an anus or kissing someone buttcheeks could count as ass to mouth.
Of course, this means the whole ass and not the anus.

You never go ass-to-mouth!
Ass-to-mouth is when you take something out of someone's butt and put it in their mouth. It's not quite rimming. Unless you kiss them immediately afterwards.
