Somewhere out there is definitely an artist that goes by 'maple syrup'...probably.

Perhaps a maple_syrup tag, and a maple_syrup(artist) tag?
That way anyone looking for the food gets the food, and anyone that wants the artist gets the food, but then can add a * or (artist) when they realize.
