Well it is her face, eye color. But it would require outside information to know that. Still, I'd say it's fine.

A quote that is so often repeated it's more of a meme than a quote, not to mention we've never tagged source of memes/quotes ever. (only the type of meme/quote if it's sufficiently significant to be noted, like yaranaika or gangnam_style, you still wouldn't tag those as Kuso Miso Technique or PSY)

The face/eye colour is not unique regardless: purple isn't exactly a rare eye colour (considering there's two mane 6 ponies with purple eyes), and that meme-face has been repeated so many times it's no longer unique to Rainbow Dash (just as gangnam style dancing is not unique to PSY, or yaranaika faces is not unique to Kuso Miso Technique, even if it's a direct template copy-paste)
