For most it's the cute/innocent factor. It's easier to get that with a kid than with an adult. As far as smut goes... basically the same thing usually. They either like the innocent approach to sex, the idea of taking that innocence away, or they just like the idea of sex with characters that have smaller/younger bodies.

Me personally, cubs are generally cuter than your standard anthros, and arguable easier to draw. I like to keep the "cute and innocent" feeling in tact, however, So I never really dive into smut. Sure I do nudes, but usually in a harmless, taking a bath kind of way.

poo fetishes, most pee fetishes (although very rarely, I do have only one of these as my favourites) futanari, hardcore with over the top size penises. That's all I can think up of at the moment, but to say I'm 'pissed' off by these fetishes is not true. I understand that everyone has their own weird fetishes as unique and different as our genitals and I wouldn't stop antlyone from enjoying these fetishes. I'm just not into these types of fetishes
