While on a mission for the BSAA Jill Valentine gets knocked unconscious by an unknown creature and wakes up to find a bizarre device on her chest. She then forcibly tries to remove it which causes it to inject the T-Abyss virus into her bloodstream as she is then forcibly transformed into a mind controlled Scarmiglione variant.
