the no_homo tag allows for users to find content of characters partaking in m/m situation, but with a caption or something in said image of them being in denial about it, and the denial tag is shorthanded to imply orgasm_denial (if my memory serves me).

I find it to be an amusing tag and the content under it interests me greatly as it IS a fetish.
