Now that I have gotten into it apparently people more into it than I am say that once in a while the animators will do a little fan service and she may be making an appearance but possibly under the name Ditzydoo? Yes there is a wiki on this stuff.

Too late! they introduced Derpy, granted in just a non-speaking scene, in last week's episode "Feeling Pinky Keen" were Twilight got hit with...well stuff you would never expect to see fall from the sky.

Yep, after all the stuff fell on top of Twilight and the camera panned up to show the movers, Derpy was briefly shown as being the one who dropped everything from a moving van.

I watched the show. Feeling pinky keen there was lots of Derpy fan service and if I am not mistaken in Fallweather friends there was too or at least I picked out what I think was her in the background on many scenes. I am partially tint blind so I sometimes do not get the colors right

Yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about. I saw at least two versions, or look alikes, of Derpy in that episode. Though they didnt have the criss-cross eyes
