His tail is a couple inches higher than it should be on the right side drawing than it is in the middle one. Compare topmost part of the tail to the hip-lines.

Actually, if you go by a ratio using the weight of the animal and the sheer Volume of cock, most horses, if converted down to a roughly human sized anthro, would be 10-15" depending on the breed, the 'average' horsie easily matching/exceeding the largest recorded humans. So in all seriousness, this isn't that far off.
