Sorry to be "that guy" but there are two Bart Simpsons here. There is one in the classroom and there is also a Bart skull in the soil outside the vault. But other then that this is an amazing mashup and beautifully drawn cross section.

The lizard person gambling on the facehugger fight might be Kaiman from Dorohedoro. Though those shoes are nothing like the sneakers Kaiman wore in the manga.

Found both gman and Waldo, PLUS a Sega character, Vectorman. He's near the fireplace.

Found some unmarked things. First we start on the right, in the space between Samuel Hayden and the D-Walker, near one of the stones from The 5th Element: There's something coming out of the wall. Secondly, and this one's a two-fer-one: Behind the stage Godzilla's on there are two images, one in color and the other looks to be an engraving of some kind.

On the left-hand side, near SCP-173 and in the dirt next to a full skeleton: That might be the Slab of Rameses from Courage the Cowardly Dog. In the room where Finn and Jake are bound to the wall, in the treasure pile: I could be wrong, but that glowing green stone could be the Loc-Nar from Heavy Metal.

In the middle, near Bowser and Kratos' falling combat: On the wall, there's what looks like a hand with an eye in the palm.

You miss tagged the iron giants head.
