After looking at some of the artists older stuff, this is the same or similar panties that were used on the dragon guy, it says there that it can be removed by a level 100. The panties act as a portal. taking them off would not necessarily sever the connection, meaning the person using it at the time would still be able to pull his dick back. If he didn't, then you would basically be holding a pair of panties with a dick sticking out of them. And no, you can never think to far into it ;)
