No Pants, No Problems

Alright, so way way back I made a switch in the type of paper I use. My scanner would really pick up paper texture and made it look horrible, so I switched to using very smooth watercolour paper to combat the problem. It helps, but unfortunately smooth watercolour is a pain to work on. It's very fussy and fights you every step of the way- and even then my old scanner still picked up the subtle grain that even the smoothest watercolour papers have.

It occurred to me recently that I don't actually use that scanner anymore, I upgraded specifically to avoid that problem, so it might be worth trying to use the rougher paper again. Here's my quick test piece- I gotta say I'm rather liking it. You get to see some texture but it don't look like a bumpy mess like it used to... it's rather nice, and sooo much better to work on. It might be time to switch back!

But most of that's not gonna be interesting to you guys, so I'll just leave you this bottomless wolf girl and go about my day. Hope ya like! :D
