Description

There's 11 and 1 is left! :)
Similar to Capricorn's case, it's an air sign with water elements, though this one was a bit easier. I based this dragon on a sea serpent, a sea dragon and a flying fish. I also had some inspiration from Fantastic Animals and where to find them, with the Occamy being able to grow or shrink depending on the space aviable. Seemend like a nice idea to represent the water bearer part.
