Pikachu using Captain Falcon's moveset is the one filming.

It's a good animation, though as others said, the model itself isn't very good.

The Pokemon models for Gmod/SFM are far too limiting as far as their facial expressions go (they're simply textures on the models themselves), which is why I personally stopped making Pokemon SFM content for the most part. It's hard to use them when they're so limiting, so I applaud those who make content like this despite those limitations.
