Description

Morgan's (Lamb) entire background summarized in a single page. I'm almost impressed with myself.

  • Dang Lamb, you go girl! Kick their ass!

I do wonder if this is part of the reason she fucks so much though.

Also, I honestly can’t tell what exactly Lamb made. All I know is that it’s something sharp and pointy.
    ... Wait, “knife” is tagged.

The first panel looked like a flail but on closer inspection it seems to be a dagger connected to her tail, probably because thats what she's using to summon it.
Yeah she definitely summoned a dagger.

Having sex where she’s the one in control, and doing it when she wants as opposed to when others force her to? I’d say that’s a believable coping mechanism. Realistic, probably not, but this is a world with animal people, magic, and magic animal-people. Realism isn’t a top priority.

It might not even be a coping mechanism and more she just prefers having the freedom to choose, she knows she doesn’t have to have sex, but she has the freedom to choose if she wants sex, and might actually choose to enjoy it along with her partner rather than be afraid of it, plus keep in mind these people live forty years as their lifespan, they maybe faster to heal from trama, not saying they will heal but saying they maybe able to process through it better.

Looks more like a general long sharp pointy thing. She probably didn't care much about precision at the time.
Anything, as long as it is stabby.

Well I tend to describe "Dagger" an a pointed object meant for stabbing which possesses some form of handle or wrapping for gripping, and it looks a bit like it has some form of handle.

A lot of sexual assault victims may eventually experience hypersexuality or sex addiction. Sometimes its relieving and a way for them to cope, other times it may be self destructive behavior. They may come to rely on sex after being subjected to sexual assault for a sense of meaning, and hypersexuality is often hard to get over without therapy. Speaking from experience, just cause someone's experienced bad things related so sex doesn't mean they'll end up sex repulsed. They may instead develop an addiction that can be seriously harmful to physical and mental health if not handled right.

Hmm noted, and I get the feeling that’s the case we’re getting here.

And that was exactly what I was referring to.

This seems familiar. Those three pages were probably the most intense so far 0-0. I love how story-wise it's very realistic and thought out. It's just a shame that in scenarios where characters possess, "abilities", that most often they aren't discovered until... incidents occur. It makes an awe-inspiring story but, it's still so sad...
For another example the characters in the inFAMOUS series.

TL/DR Feretta makes an AMAZING writer.

And here I thought what Fen did was bad. Sheesh how wrong I was!

Honestly I’d still say Fen did more damage, the difference here is Fen killed innocents, jackasses, bullies sure, but also got her own friends killed, whereas Lamb killed bandits and rapists, and by extension ensuring no one else has to suffer through that, now that’s not to say what she did wasn’t bad, however the main difference was one was to attack, the other was in defense for herself, while still it was a dramatic expierence, we can’t really know how she herself views her reasoning. Lamb could see her having killed those bandits as doing the world a service, or was just shocked she’d killed from what we see four people (probably more), ultimately these incidents are difference but still traumatic.

To be fair to Fen: she literally blacked out in rage and woke up from it after she'd already killed her friends, the guy she WANTED to kill, and demolished the entirety of a building that they had been standing it. Meanwhile Lamb basicly got a taste of power she could use to punish and she did precisely that but was in control of it the entire time. could she have done far worse? very easily. but she wasn't dealing with a huge group of people, just a modest sized one that some stabbing fixes easily.

Makes you wonder how much damage Morgan might have caused if the group had been larger honestly.

Mis'Alia makes a comment to Meeka about this actually as it might as well be how she greets people, implying thats likely the case. but from what we see she appears to be perfectly capable of maintaining friendly bonds with people and dedicating time to training and staying healthy. if there is damage its well masked or avoided in conversation. Though her very first interaction with Fen way back at the start implies she's perfectly capable of reading emotions and responding appropriately, so something had to have healed correctly over time there.
