It's not like you have to buy a house right away, you can rent one until you put together big bux
Also unemployment is fairly rare on higher-tier jobs, but that requires good education, which I presume costs in your country of origins

Exactly, in any case I'd say a B to A- is pretty good as far as I'm concerned.

Clearly the best option would be to get together with a bunch of other furries and buy a large house you can all live in so everyone knows everyone else is a furry.
