irl the eyes are actually on the front of the body nd the 'head' as you have it in this art is actually just a mechanical hand but even the people who developed SPOT said they know it looks like a neck and head. Quality art btw. thanks for uploading.

Somebody within Boston Dynamics itself decided to tack on a pair of craft "googly eyes" upon the manipulator of one (or possible more) "Spot Mini" drones. And they themselves filmed "Spot" dancing and "twerking" suggestively. Obviously BD has a sense of humor and can laugh at itself.
