I think Shotgun is referring to the gap of nothing between the lower balls and the vagina.
It might just be that the shadow color used there is too close to the background color, now that I look at it.

Hmm, think that's one of the dicks being seen through that gap, it's more purple than the BG. Wich still leaves the question, how small a peduncle are those balls attached with?

"Too much female to handle?", Judging by the image, in my opinion, female doesn't come to mind when looking at this artwork.

Now I would agree with the comment if it was vaginal instead of anal. Just something I noticed. Maybe "Too much herm to handle?" would be more fitting?
