I do believe this is based on a real, very gruesome, video of an American prisoner being executed in the same way- decapitation by hand-saw. It caused quite the little upset as it was passed around the internet before being largely tracked down and removed. I'm sure you can still find it if you look hard enough. Efuckt might have it somewhere.

I don't get why everyone likes this picture so much. There is absolutely no technical skill present here at all whatsoever. The blood is so realistic I'd be absolutely ASTOUNDED if it wasn't just photoshopped in. If they could draw blood that well, why couldn't they be assed to make clean lineart or know anything about anatomy.

Ironically, the single redeeming element here is the content everyone claims to hate so much; for it is the only reason anyone even bothered to look in the first place.

I suppose if you don't want to admit to yourself that your fascination lies in the gore, the only thing left to praise is the non-existent 'artistic value'.

Personally, I don't care what you draw, I just don't like it when crappy pictures get undeserved attention.

I completely agree, this picture is a great work in its own shape and form, I personally belive that if it were furry paws taking a humans head off this would not have gotten so many comments, But sense it's a furry (HEAVEN FORBID!) The entire world has to crash upon it with their own views, So anyone who dislikes Dark Doomer can go fuck themselves, He will always be 10 steps ahead in awsomeness then any one of you ever will be. ^_^ Bai.

The only thing that could make it better is if it zoomed out and someone else was doing him/her from behind. Knowing the series... they probably are!

Maybe I'm just a big puss bag but I dislike this image for the exact same reason I hate Happy Tree Friends, mindless torture acts and pain screams aren't funny at all. Same goes for this image. The expression in his face just makes me sad, and reminds me what happens in the shadows far away.

Even though from an art perspective it's beautiful. The concept is repulsive, and in my opinion quite bad taste.
