JanitorYou might want to consider increasing your bitrate or using lower CRF, because the movement combined with lots of red and smaller detail makes the whole video look blob of blur.
You can also save a bit on bitrate and make the loop less stuttery by disabling audio track completely if there's no audio to begin with.

JanitorI was actually mainly commenting about MP4 version I found on source :P
If you are one of those artists who do MP4 and convert into WebM (which is somewhat bad practise) then increasing MP4 quality will also increase quality of WebM but also lower the filesize thanks to encoder not needing to handle with h264 compression artifacts.
