Richard is probably my least favorite character in this series, I guess because of how unintelligent and lazy he is, but yah know, opinions and what not.

I also look forward to where this comic goes.

I think a lot of what is missing is some heart to heart conversations between Richard and his family. Moments where he could be serious, cool, or caring. These could really help build his character.

It's kinda like Homer Simpson/Peter Griffin archetype. Homer was lazy and unintelligent but he had moments where he showed compassion. He had a heart of gold.

While Richard... I can't think of a moment off the top of my head where he showed off how badass he could be. I'm sure there are moments where he is kind, compassionate, or serious. I just can't think of a moment because it's been a while since I've seen the show.

At least unlike Homer, Richard doesn't choke his children. Unlike post season 4 Peter Griffin, Richard is actually funny.

Can't wait to see what hark plans to do with her and Gumball!
