digesting a full animal takes time, a deer can take WEEKS to digest in a snakes stomach, and snakes have scales, which are tougher than just skin, also assuming they started at night she was probably only in there 8 hours,

Actually it takes a snake a unbelievably long time to suffocate so it’s not intierly Impossible
