Pretty sure they meant in terms of physics, given that the artist animated this with a sense of bodily elasticity, not as if it's a water balloon being shaken by a rambunctious chimp. small bits of realism in an unrealistic scenario add to scenes like this (sometimes).

Pretty much. There's an instance where I noticed a WEBM uploaded here is actually of a intersex person and my comment on that was downvoted to oblivion, even though you can clearly see breasts when you look away from the penis.
I even brought up the fact that it was falsely downvoted and that one wasn't touched on votes at all.

Odd place this site is sometimes.
