What. Dysphoria works differently for everyone lmao, only similarity is that it has to do with discomfort regarding ones sex not aligning with their gender. It makes me dysphoric, yes, but i accept the fact that its a drawing. That doesnt make it less dysphoric for me.

I've accepted that I don't currently pass for male, and this concept is hot when I'm in the mood for a self-destructive fantasy. Sucks about the intentionally trans-unintuitive tagging system though, for people who want to avoid this kind of thing.
