Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.

Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.

Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.

Description

" The Sakia brothers were soldiers who were a part of the magic using bands fighting with the outer regions against the capital. The channeling of the nether was restricted to only these warriors and many of those who had previous experience in this were enlisted in their ranks, wilful or not. Therefore if one was not wearing the uniform of these soldiers, they would essentially be considered outlaws. They would always work in groups of three and several of these groups would be present in each battle, as their presence was necessary to battle against those who have become wholly consumed by the nether.

The reason for the group size was to allow them to remain mobile and to be able to slay one of their group members if they would be lost to the nether due to constant exposure. Groups would be formed with the principle of one senior member and two juniors. Moving in groups smaller than three in the outer regions would be considered unlawful unless they are carrying the horns of their former fellow warrior. When without a group they would have to turn themselves in until a group could be arranged for them."
